Graduate Competencies

A graduate of the Faculty of Medicine enjoys  multiple abilities and skills that enable him to work in various fields. These are some of the most important abilities he/she acquires:

  1. deep medical knowledge
    • Familiarity with anatomy, pharmacology, pathology, internal medicine, surgery, and other medical specialties.
    • The ability to diagnose diseases based on symptoms and tests.
  2. The ability to interact with patients
    • Essential communication skills needed when interacting with patients: Listening effectively, understanding their complaints and explaining diagnosis and treatment clearly
  3. Ability to take quick decisions
    • Especially in emergency situations that require immediate intervention.
  4. Time management and work pressures
